    Can imagine it would be irritating- and that people would be even more isolated in their areas. That said, should try to see if it works anyway, would love to be wrong on this.

    On the fence! Don't think it adds a huge amount, but flavour is nice. Do they look nice on tables and shelves? always up for more decorative stuff.

    Quests complete in an area, so doing quests together can be way more efficient. Also, for requirements to build something several times, you can build one, deconstruct a bit and rebuild to complete the objective faster.

    Agree on sandstone walls, would make much more sense in the desert areas. Would like a way to make a desert oasis though, assuming they aren't already in the game. basically we all need to see the update XD

  • You're thinking we won't be able to attatch random timbers to the moving bits and make horrifically complicated contraptions?

  • "we can't promise planets or larger areas or increase in speed limit" Buildable wells and water flasks would be nice for hot areas though. Need to drink when in sun.     wouldn't say no to a few decorative mods like Cushions Grass planter Variety floors That said no idea what new decor stuff 0.6 will bring. Also, compatibility willing, would love to see the return of hoardings, window panes, Apple trees and the extra roof angles!

  • I did like the defenders staying in the castle. Siege weapons are useless when you're in the middle of swordfights, but it's possible to counter crossbow-fire and trying to hit the siege tower with a few catapults was neat. P.S. yet, the throne room was glorious. We were a little bit worried about the skulls though.

  • Agree with c3 on all! I do think the barrels aren't the worst though, i find normal stones do too little damage. Overkill with the '2 normal wall thick' rule though!

Also, my voice either didn't capture or noone could hear me the whole time.) The beginning does show me stealing the ironborn bread in retaliation for maxwell's kitchen raid, before realising we lost though. So that's a thing.

  • I thought it was fair- maybe from the attackers perspective it seemed like things weren't hitting RK, but for us it seemed like half the castle was exploding every few minutes. I mean, look at the state it was left in afterwards. We had to put up lots of timbers at one point simply to get from one part of the castle to the other, all while being killed by fire from attackers who had taken half the keep. Now, if we were going for a 'serious' win/lose we would need more rules yeah. Otherwise event…

  • Good on both of you for making peace so painlessly! I agree with tenhur's rules for Thursday. No sallying out to destroy siege engines, allowed to pull over things from the walls though. Maybe not allowed to deconstruct timber either, just destroy it with swords. Will make it harder to defend but being able to be defeated is kinda the point. Maybe have an exception that we can board up 1 door with timbers?
